Weekdays can be fast and furious with work, school and after-school activities so the last thing you want to do is spend hours in the kitchen!  Check out our quick and healthy dinners that use everyday ingredients that your family will love.

Pea and zucchini risoni with chicken

A perfect one-bowl wonder – our pea, zucchini and pesto risoni with chicken is a delicious way to start the week.  What’s more any leftovers can be taken for lunch the next day.

Easy vegie curry

Our vegie curry recipe is a quick and easy family meal. It has a mild flavour so the kids will enjoy it!  This recipe is packed with vegetables, giving you 3 serves per portion, helping you reach the target of 5 serves of veg each day.

You can change the vegies in this curry based on what you like and what you have at home.

Beef and broccoli stir fry

Protein, noodles and veg – our beef and broccoli stir fry ticks all the boxes for a healthy meal.  This recipe is very versatile as you can use different vegies if broccoli is not a favourite.

Easy pizza

Pizza is the ultimate recipe to suit the whole family!  Get the kids to help prep and build their own pizza using toppings they like.

As for the pizza base – you will not believe how easy it is to make this pizza base from flour and yoghurt!  Our easy pizza recipe is a must try for a fast mid-week meal.

Ready to eat in 20 minutes.

It would take more time for a delivery service to drop off a Friday night takeaway!

You cannot go past our chicken burrito bowl recipe for an easy, tasty and healthy mid-week dinner.  Chicken can  be changed for another protein like tofu, beef or egg.

Thai chicken meatballs

1 serve of vegetables

Ready to eat in 20 minutes, and the kids can help.

These chicken meatballs are delicious. Keep some chicken mince in the freezer. Pop it in the fridge to defrost during the day, ready to make when you get home. You just need some salad and your favourite noodles. Smash leftovers in a roll or wrap for lunch the next day.

Having a few fast and easy recipes up your sleeve makes getting a healthy meal on the table easier.
