Fruit salad parfaits

Ingredients

400g reduced-fat natural yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup granola or toasted muesli
1 400g can fruit salad in natural juice (drained)

You can swap:

Fruit salad
Any type of canned fruit in juice
Canned fruit
Any fresh or frozen fruit
Muesli
2/3 cup oats and 1/3 cup sultanas

Tips

Method

Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix together the yoghurt and vanilla extract.

Step 2
Assemble the parfaits in glasses or plastic containers in the following order: 1 tbsp granola, 2 tbsp fruit, 2 tbsp yogurt.

Step 3
Repeat until the glass is full. Finish with granola on top.
