350g egg noodles
4 cups broccoli pieces
400g rump steak, cut into strips
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, cut into wedges
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2cm piece ginger, finely chopped
2 tbsp reduced-salt soy sauce
2 tsps sesame oil
3 spring onions, chopped
You can swap:
Step 1
Cook noodles according to packet instructions. While the noodles are cooking continue with preparing the stir fry.
Step 2
Steam or microwave broccoli for 2-3 minutes or until just tender.
Step 3
Sprinkle the beef strips with the ground coriander.
Step 4
Add olive oil to a large fry pan or wok and heat over medium high heat.
Step 5
Add the onion, garlic and ginger and fry until the onions begin to soften.
Step 6
Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
Step 7
Add the broccoli and fry for a further 2 minutes.
Step 8
Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the pan and stir until well coated.
Step 9
Serve with egg noodles sprinkled with chopped spring onions.
