½ cup reduced-fat milk
375ml can light evaporated milk
2 tbsp custard powder*
¼ cup caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla bean paste or natural extract*
1 1/3 cups frozen mixed berries, defrosted
1/3 cup reduced-fat Greek yoghurt*
You can swap:
Step 1
In a cold saucepan, whisk together the milk, evaporated milk, custard powder, sugar and vanilla.
Step 2
Place the saucepan over a medium heat and stir the mixture until thickened. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
Step 3
When cool, gently stir through the yoghurt.
Step 4
Layer berries and custard into 6 glasses or containers.
Step 5
Chill for at least an hour.
