2 tbsp Dijon mustard*
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
½ garlic clove, minced

Whisk together all ingredients until combined and emulsified. Season with pepper.
Serving suggestion: Pour over salad to serve.
