1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup egg mayonnaise*
¾ cup Greek yoghurt*
1 tsp Dijon mustard*
2 tsp lemon juice
Cracked black pepper
1 anchovy (optional)
You can swap:
Step 1
Mash together the garlic, Parmesan and anchovy (if using).
Step 2
Add the mayonnaise, yoghurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and black pepper to taste, and mix again until well combined.
