We’ve put together a collection of tasty, budget-friendly recipes that you whip up in no time. Whether you’re a trying to save time, save money, eat healthier or just need some meal ideas these meals are perfect for you.

1. Simple tuna pasta

Our simple tuna pasta recipe is a quick and budget-friendly recipe perfect for a mid-week meal. With just a few staples like wholemeal pasta, canned tuna, frozen peas, and corn, you can have this dish on the table in 15 minutes.  Enjoy!

Nutrition tip: One serve of this recipe is a good source of fibre.  Eating a diet high in fibre can help reduce your risk of bowel cancer.

2. Vegetable curry

This vegetable curry is a simple meal that is packed with flavour.  If sweet potato is not your thing, you can easily swap it out for either carrot, pumpkin or a mix of yellow vegetables.  Leftovers are perfect for lunch the next day.

3. San choy bow

San choy bow is a quick and easy dish that everyone will love.  The crisp lettuce cups filled with delicious pork and vegetable mix makes it a light and nutritious meal perfect on a hot night.  The added lentils provide fibre and protein to help keep you full for longer.

Savvy swap: You can swap pork mince for chicken or beef mince.

4. Chicken stir fry

This chicken stir fry is a simple mid-week meal with only 5 steps that you can have on the table in 20 minutes.  This recipe is gluten free, dairy free and nut free making it easy for dietary needs.  To make this dish vegetarian, replace the chicken with tofu.

Nutrition tip: Meals that use lots of different coloured vegies are rice in a wide range of nutrients.
