2 cups rolled oats
5 pitted dates, chopped
1½ cups dried apple, chopped
3 tbsp desiccated coconut and extra for rolling
1 tsp vanilla
3-5 tbsp water
You can swap:
Step 1
Blend oats in a high-speed blender or food processor until they are a flour-like consistency.
Step 2
Add the dates, apple, coconut, vanilla and 3 tbsp water and blend again. Add more water if the mixture is too dry.
Step 3
Scoop out the mixture and with slightly wet hands roll into 20 balls.
Step 4
Put extra coconut in a shallow bowl and roll each ball in coconut.
