Ingredients

1 cup mixed frozen berries
1 medium banana, peeled
1 cup reduced-fat milk
½ cup reduced-fat natural or strawberry yoghurt*

* Gluten free if using a gluten free yoghurt

Tips

Method

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and process on high until smooth.

Note: Makes 2 kid sized smoothies.


Serving suggestion: Add 2 teaspoons of chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut for a more filling smoothie.
