Ingredients

1 cup instant oats
12 pitted dates, chopped
1 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp cocoa
¼ cup raisins
2-5 tbsp warm water
Extra coconut for rolling

You can swap:

Instant oats
Regular oats
Raisins
Sultanas

Tips

Method

Step 1
Place all ingredients except the water and extra coconut in a food processor and process until smooth.

Step 2
Slowly add water starting with 2 tablespoons and process until smooth. Add more water if required.

Step 3
Scoop out the mixture and with slightly wet hands roll into 12 balls.

Step 4
Put extra coconut in a shallow bowl and roll each ball in coconut.

Step 5
Place in freezer for 1 hour to set.
