Ingredients

½ cup reduced-fat natural Greek yoghurt*
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp honey
2 tsp Dijon mustard*
Salt and pepper

 

* Gluten free if using gluten-free yoghurt and mustard

You can swap:

Lime juice
Lemon juice
Natural Greek yoghurt
Natural yoghurt
Olive oil
Canola or sunflower oil

Tips

  • This dressing is lower in saturated fat and salt compared to most store-bought dressings, with the benefit of a calcium boost from the yoghurt.  
  • Using healthy fats, like olive oil, is good for your heart. 

  • Store dressing, in an airtight container in the fridge, for up to 3 days. 
  • You can freeze any leftover lime juice for later use.  

  • You can save money by using home brand yoghurt, honey and mustard. 
  • Bottled lime juice can be used to save time and money. 

Method

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.


Serving suggestion: This is a delicious dressing for pasta salads, potato salads, or coleslaw.
