3 cups ripe fruit

Tips

Method

Step 1
Remove the skin and any large seeds from the fruit.

Step 2
Chop roughly and then blend in a food processor until smooth.

Step 3
Freeze in ice cube trays.


Almost any fruit can be used; berries, stone fruit, mangoes and pineapple work beautifully.
