1/2 a stick of celery
1/2 a carrot
1/4 of a capsicum
2 tbs hummus*
Step 1
Slice the vegetables into sticks.
Step 2
Serve with a container of hummus.
Food safety tip: if you are packing for lunch, hummus needs to be kept cold so pack an ice brick.
