Zucchini: the underrated vegie your meals need!

Zucchini might not always be the star of the show, but it’s one of the easiest ways to add more vegies to your meals. Affordable, widely available and super versatile, zucchini can be used in everything from main meals to snacks, making healthy eating that little bit easier.

If you’re looking for simple ways to boost your veg intake, zucchini is a great place to start.

1. Zucchini and corn fritters
