Ingredients

1 cucumber, sliced in rounds
3 tbsp light fresh cream cheese*

* Gluten free if using gluten free cream cheese

Tips

Method

Step 1
Spread one round of cucumber with cream cheese. Add another slice of cucumber to make a ‘stack’.


Food safety tip: if you are packing for lunch, cream cheese needs to be kept cold so pack an ice brick.
