The end of the school year is a time to reflect and celebrate successes and kick off the festive season. Celebrations often mean parties full of sweets and chips and very few healthy options.

Why not balance the usual feast and make the party spread bright and colourful with our delicious and fun party food.

Try these party poppers:

Festive pikelet creations

Variation: If you don’t have bananas, add ½ cup fresh or frozen berries or sultanas to the mix before cooking. You can make plain pikelets too.
